Anyone have a good list of where to find the choices?

Shelby GT500 or a Vette. Try looking here: http://www.autobytel.com/content/research/searchbyprice/index.cfm/action/PickCategory/price/45000%2C50000
GT500:
Supercharged 5.4-Liter Triton(TM), 90-Degree V8, 32-Valve, DOHC, SEFI Engine; Front Mounted With Horsepower Of 500@6000 and Torque Of 480@4500, Iron Block and Alloy Cylinder Heads
That would make my trip to Dunkin Donuts fun.
I'd consider the Elise too if JUAN did not already have one :hide[1]:

Hmm, Is that $50 large out the door? Firm? or, is that 50-60? :2:
That's tough. My contenders:
The GT500 is a awesome value.
The Exige over the Elise.
The BMW M Z4 Coupe has long been a secret desire of mine.
But It'd probably end up being the new BMW 335i Coupe.

Exige is really 58k out the door elise is really 46-52k out the door I was going for the 50k firm with the elise pick, not really a big fan of cars in that range, I like cars in the 70+ range and the 28-38 range but the 40-60k range does not thrill me

I pretty much agree. Not enough for your money unless you want anice sedan.

The Exige is a gutted Elise w/ extra ducts and the sport suspension, right?

extensive wind tunnel testing etc, yes it is firmer (hard top only) and is better at 100+ mph but who does that unless you live in Germany.

Yeah alot of the Elise's draw is the targa.
Zullard, you gotta fire the hard top back on that thing and go into Ferrari mode.

It's also better at the autox. Less roll, better overall balance and better at transistioning.:35:
evo, and dump the rest into performance parts... :) or i'd keep saving for a ferrari

with $12k extra I think I can do better, they have ohlins suspension upgrades which you can get with the track package on the elise. Anywho, the more attractive thing to me is the fact there are only around 300 exiges a year (or something like that) thats pretty cool, probably hold its valve better.
