Which do you think is a better deal, finding a nearest dealer where he will be the one to import a car for me or contact someone from the country where the car will come from and deal with them?

What will be the advantages and disadvantages of these deals?

If I was going to get a car from overseas, I would spend the 2gs to fly there and physically put the car into the container on the ship.

That's just me. Depends though, places like RB Motoring are good to buy cars once they're in the states, they take good care of them and work them over when they get here.

I wouldn't jump on ebay, buy a GTR and pay someone to ship it though, if that's what you're asking.
