I like going up 202 into the New Hope area and hitting some of those backroads by Aquetong... one time I was up there and ran into an older 944 doing the same thing.

My 20minute commute kind of takes some steam out of my desire to joyride though, especially when I give it hell in a few select spots.

remember high street? in Pottstown PA i believe, that was a wilder ricer fest. If your ever in VA, hit up Skyline drive. I've never been there, but i hear its basically a track, on the street. :)

Freakin' High St! Holy crap. When I was 16-17 we would go over there (I grew up less than 10 miles from there) all the time, but then it was a muscle car cruise.

Supposedly they really cracked down on Friday night cruising there. You can't turn around anywhere and if the Po-Po sees you go by like 3 times in thirty minutes they'll pull you over. Not a scene I would want to check out anymore..too much riff-raff in P-Town.

I recommend State Highway 23 in Arkansas. Beautiful scenery. Runs from Eureka Springs to Ozark (N to S). Full of hairy turns and bends; peaks and valleys. Many curves are like 180º and hidden. This is the road that Porsche used in early advertising campaigns. Can be dangerous; probably made for the GT-R except there are few straightaways.

Perhaps pt91 in Arkansas can give some details/idea on this roadway.

Ah I like open (not blind) curvy roads, like down hill with an open terrain so you can really use the car without fear of on coming traffic around the bend.

Not much traffic on Arkansas 23 as I remember. Terrain is mostly as you say you like but with some up-hill curves reducing visibility.

Im in cali so we all usually hit up the twisties in east county down in san diego. In norcal its the back roads in the sierra nevadas. But its nice when you also have infineon and leguna seca up in nor cal. And buttonwillow and willow springs in socal.

great shorter runs in my area about 15 miles out of town. best to run out there on sunday early morning. i have seen lots of exotics going and comng from that area that i never see in town. not a lot of straights but great curves and no gravel, traffic, pets, etc until the church crowd gets out. there are a few nice ones in NE Oklahoma as well. i did a couple of great group drives there a couple of years ago.

Yes. I am in Little Rock. Unfortunately a GT-R isn't going to happen for me this year because we are in the middle of building a new house. Maybe next year. At least I will have parking for four cars in Feb/Mar:D

If my Heber Springs trip works out I will give you a message and perhaps bring the car by for a show. Will be early fall if my current schedule holds and the car gets in as scheduled.

Honestly just taking a ride in a Nissan GTR is a cruise.I love this car so much I get goose bumps just thinking that in a few months I'm going to own one.
